Are you an Artistic Association?
Arspedia creates your dedicated webpage for your association, taking care of uploading all the content (text, images, videos, events, articles, etc.).
The creation of your webpage on Arspedia is entirely free of charge.
Discount for Members.
Members of registered associations can benefit from a 10% discount on services offered by Arspedia.
In return, the Association agrees to promote and disseminate this agreement and the associated discount through their usual communication channels dedicated to their members.
THE ARSPEDIA WEBSPACE DEDICATED TO ARTISTIC ASSOCIATIONS MAY INCLUDE:
The association's biography should be written in Word format, accompanied by the logo image and a second image for the page cover, both in JPG format.
List of the association's past participations in events/exhibitions/concerts, etc. (e.g., 2022 - exhibition "title" – location- description).
The list should be in Word format (one line per participation/event/exhibition - no other formats).
Upload up to 100 photos/images.
Images should be sent in JPEG format and named like this: type of event-location-year-description
Send us the links to your YouTube or Vimeo videos along with their titles and descriptions.
Each article should be sent in Word format, accompanied by a title and 1 image in JPEG format.
Each event should be sent in Word format, indicating location/city, event title, event description, start date and time, end date and time, and should be accompanied by an image and/or poster in JPEG format.
Artists' events will also be added to the Arspedia calendar.
The possibility to create a list of artists registered with the Association.
Artists/members who decide to subscribe and create their own webpages on Arspedia will be added to a dedicated page for the association, where they can be searched and found by Name, Last Name, Artistic Category, Country, Region, Province, City, and Alphabetical Order.
You can download the association's webpage QR-Code and use it as you wish.
Events and articles published will be shared on our social media channels.
ATTENTION:
Any material that does not comply with the instructions will NOT BE PUBLISHED.
How to Submit Material for Publication:
The material for publication should be sent via email to info@arspedia.com
In the subject line of the email, specify the type of material, the relevant section, and the name of the Association.
Cost
For Associations, membership to the Portal and the creation of the webpage on Arspedia is COMPLETELY FREE with AUTOMATIC RENEWAL every 12 months.
If you do not wish to renew, you must give notice via email at least 30 days before the expiration date without any penalty.
General Conditions
The requester declares to have read and accepted the "General Conditions".
CopyrightNotice: All texts, works, images, videos, sounds, and photos are protected bylaw. Therefore, they are intended for personal and educational use only andcannot be used or published without explicitly requesting permission via emailfrom the artist, who will assess each specific case.
