ArsPedia is a portal designed and created for every type of art form within which contemporary artists of every artistic discipline, whether famous or still unknown, will be able to find everything they need to best disseminate and promote their artistic activity in the world. It gives you the opportunity to create your own personal website and sell your art without any intermediation.

Are you an Artistic Association?
ArsPedia creates your dedicated Web Page for your Association, taking care of uploading all the content
(texts, images, videos, events, articles, etc.).
The creation of your web page on ArsPedia is free of charge.
Discount for Members.
Members of registered associations will benefit from a 10% discount on services offered by Arspedia.
The Association, in return, commits to promoting and disseminating this agreement and discount through its usual communication channels dedicated to its Members.
THE WEB SPACE IN ARSPEDIA DEDICATED TO ARTISTIC ASSOCIATIONS MAY INCLUDE:
The Association's biography must be written in Word format, accompanied by an image of the logo and a second image for the cover of the page, both in JPG format.
List of the Association's past participations in events/exhibitions/concerts, etc. (example: 2022 - exhibition "title" - location- description).
The list must be in Word format (one line for each participation/event/exhibition - no other formats).
Uploading up to 100 photos/images.
Images must be sent in JPEG format and renamed as follows: type of event-location-year-description.
Send us the links to your YouTube or Vimeo videos along with their titles and descriptions.
Each article must be sent in Word format, accompanied by a title and 1 image in JPEG format.
Each event must be sent in Word format, indicating place/city, event title, event description, start date and time, end date and time, and must be accompanied by an image and/or poster in JPEG format.
Artists' events will also be added to the Arspedia calendar.
Possibility to create a list of Artists affiliated with the Association.
Artists/members who decide to subscribe and create their Web Pages on Arspedia will be included in a dedicated page of the Association where they can be searched and found by Name, Surname, Artistic Category, Country, Region, Province, City, and Alphabetical Order.
You can download the QR-code of the Association's page and use it as you wish.
Published events and articles will be shared on our Social channels.

Anything that does not comply with the guidelines WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED.
How to Submit Material for Publication
Material for publication must be sent by email to the address info@arspedia.com
In the subject of the email, indicate the type of material sent, the relevant section, and the name of the Association.
Cost
For Associations, joining the Portal and creating the Web Page on Arspedia is FREE with AUTOMATIC RENEWAL every 12 months
If you do not wish to renew, cancellation must be given via email at least 30 days before the expiry date without any penalty.
